I don't think FS will follow Mac or NN. He has shown he is willing to 'stand up' to the big guy over the last few months

IMHO---this is just the first step in a few moves. Gives up SPQ at $0.19, but Cliffs buys KWG for what the valuation was for ($0.25, if memory serves).
