I'd ask them to compare the development costs for Big Thor compared to the other deposits in the region which they are part of, based upon the inferred grades.

I'd also ask about their expected tonnages on the all-weather road, and whether they would consider shipping by rail if a railway existed. In light of their concerns about energy costs at the smelter, they could possibly outline how they would also be concerned about excessive fuel costs if they have to ship by road for more than a short period of time.

Just the sort of stuff to give them an opportunity to respond with a prepared statement on the topic. Enough to catch their attention, without the question being dismissed outright. Questions that would suitably bring the topics to the attention of the public without being antagonistic in nature.
