Black Horse deposit has an Inferred Resource Now 85.9 Million Tonnes @ 34.5%
The objective, more likely, if not only more realistically, is to have as much HARD Data on all aspects of the Mineralogy firmly in place, with the essence out in the Public Record, by March 31th. There by clearly establishing meaningful and undisputable VALUE.
The Access Right of Way matter is one easily worked on with the relevent authorities.
Incramental development of access will be the situation. In what form? Accessable form.
Local, Regional, and Provincial politics will determing any and all access issues above and beyond Basic Affordable Development Accrss.
As for Exclusivity and Competitiveness issues:
If anyone other than Cliffs were to take out KWG, anytime, before or following March 31th, they would likely only do so in conjunction with doing the same with respect to the Chromite Mineralization proven to exist in Probe Mines Black Creek Deposit. Which, by the way, is the low ball estimate on what PRB actually does definitely have.
And thus, a play, exclusively, for the KWG and PRB Chromite would be the more likely aim of who ever that entity could be, if they wanted to ensure feasibility of the acquired Chromite mineralization Rights, leaving both KWG and PRB to make of their other properties what ever they can.
Additionally, given the proximity/location of Black Creek with respect to all the Chromite mineralization showings all along the regional Chromite Trend, if someone other than Cliffs were to take out PRB, along with KWG, they would likely also want to do the same with the Chromite located on Fancamps claims.
Why?
Even if the Chromite on their (FNC's) property is much deeper and more disseminated?
Yes! To close off the terminal extent of possible economic Chromite mineralization in the South West extremity.
How's that!
One question I have is: Where would this leave Cliffs?
Seems Cliffs has a very good idea on all this already. Would it not be a shock if not!
Otherwise they (CLF) would not have made the public pronouncements thay have made - as of Thursday, February 3rd, 2011.
And given the All&All ever since last August (mid August, if not the week prior) there appears to be a clear path forward.
Thus, OTHER QUESTIONS(s):
Is there room for two procducing Chromite mines in the RoF?
Does Cliffs expect to be an independent Mining Company in two to three years time?
Do they (CLF) want to be an independent Mining company in the Long Run?
