I am thinking long term; certainly we have a high dollar value sitting in the chromite deposit, but CLF owns the major (60%) share of this, and isn't in the business of spending money unless absolutely necessary. There is no compelling reason for them to make a takeover bid for KWG, as they can proceed with production without that.

There is a possibility that a steelmaker might bid for KWG in order to gain an offtake agreement for chromite from CLF - perhaps a Chinese Co? Some co. with financial muscle could finance development (including rail) to assure their future supply.

We have Canada Chrome, with all the esker claims. There might be viable deposits of something under there, given the enormous territory they cover, but otherwise the value is as a transport corridor. Again, several years before we see any cash there; big money needs to be spent by someone(s) - a consortium probably including a rail operator such as Ontario Northland or CN Rail or ? and with some input from Govt, Federal or Provincial.

Debut Diamonds will be spun off before either chromite production or rail construction begins. That will be the likely short term benefit.

However, personally i am prepared to sit a while, as there is a very high share price somewhere down the line.
