KWG Vice-President Moe Lavigne tells Thunder Bay Chamber of Commerce on April 28th that KWG has still not decided about proceeding with railway. Have already spent about $15 million to determine cost of railway. Once cost is known, will decide if they move forward. KWG HAS NOT (my caps) committed to project. Expect project to exceed $2 billion. If they proceed, project will start to take shape by 2016. One of next steps is feasability study then environmental assessment. rj
