Is it not safe to say for a road or rail plan KWG has the best route? Does KWG's value in staking the esker change because they plan a road vs a rail?

I would assume because it's the most feasible route, some would argu the only route, that no matter what way the government/cliffs/natives decide to go (rail or road) we are still a takeover target because we own the best possible route for either transportation and not to mention 28% of BD and CC/DDI
