I was told some time ago by KWG IR that the rail option far outweighs the road option, not only from a tonnage perspective but also from a diversity perspective.
The total capacity on rail allows for economic development at a much greater pace and possibly even tourism entreprises, using the rail head as a hub. Local use roads off-shooting from there and even secondary rail lines could easily be built by individual companies at a fraction of the cost.....exponentially lower costs !!!
The Govs need to see this as a once in a lifetime opportunity...and do something significant in the short term...JMHO
Good luck to all KWG et. al (ROF) longs
