It seems to me the RR ..is a very long term option...hasn't Cliff's already declared they would be trucking out their concentrate by truck over a conventional road (yet to be built). I would like to think this NR would get CLF's attention and speed up a potential buyout of KWG. My common sense says this potential buyout is a long long way down the road(excuse my pun). I hope I'm wrong if there are other opinions..I would like to hear them.
