your theory lends itself to possibility, but IMO it would take cliffs to have competition before they raise their bid. Without they would likely get us around the .30 to .40 mark. Lots of stock out there with less then .10 avereage price and a 2 banger is atractive in this market for just about anyone.

Price point is a mute subject right now with no-one in a big hurry to start a bidding war. They are quite happy to let the juniors spend the money. Cliffs isnt even in a big hurry to get the workers back to work. Its all about the money.
