I love the idea! But LP, I prefer to stay zen on that: 30% share of Big Daddy does not worth that much, esp. when the owner of the remaining 70% announced that he might not mine it before 20 years... And could this 30% attract a white knight to ignate a bidding war with Cliffs? The answer is within the question!
As I already said, a ± $200MM sale post-DDI distribution would be in my opinion a pretty good one! It would mean around 30 cents/share. At the end, a better deal than with SPQ!
