Why Sell?

1. For the cash. It should add 20 to 25% to our current sp. It reflects the NPV today of a future possible revenue stream, some of which maybe 20 years down the road if you listen to Cliffs diatribes. Really, not much if any of the NSR's were valued in currently. Maybe back at 14 cents some where but not at 10 cents they are not.

2. Brings a new player into the game re affirming the potenial of the Ring of Fire and the need for the railway.

3. Takes Cliffs biggest weapon against them, the NSRs, out of their face.

5. Presents Cliffs with an additional player to be dealt with.

4. Provides cash today to fund the drilling on their JV with UC.

5. Provides cash today to fund railway related pr/lobbying/initiatives.

To me it sure feels like a positive game changer for KWG and just a game changer for Cliffs.
