When DDI shares are sold how are they handled on your Income tax?

Does anyone know how the reporting of DDI shares sold are handled on your Income tax?

Seeing that we will be getting the DDI shares without being treated as a divident, when you sell the DDI shares do you report the gain or loss based on the difference between the selling price and 30 cnts per share?
