WRT the list and how to defend against a low ball offer with or without a valuation...I called KWG last week and spoke to both Chris and Bruce about the possibility of obtaining the list of shareholders (phone #s and/or email addresses) so that we could construct an efficient communication network with which we could inform all shareholders of the less obvious and/or non-material information that would affect someone's decision to hold or sell at a given price offering.

They assured me in no uncertain terms, that the network extends beyond those shareholders who read/participate in the blogs...that they were confident of the support from a lot of these shareholders and that when the time comes, every means would be utilized to inform shareholders of the official KWG position and reccomendation to shareholders. I got the impression that the total percentage of the float from supporters known to KWG, is much greater than the percentage represented by our list of shareholders who have declared their respective # of shares.

By the way for Redgreen9...I was glad to help clarify the situation for a fellow northerner...and yes I have declared my holdings to Goldhunter and have been included in the 8%. All we are doing with this list, is expressing to each other our intention to band together in solidarity, in an effort to defend against a low ball offer...I think this effort by Goldhunter will go a long way in confidence building for our collective.
