Redgreen,
Le Penseur has provided an excellent summary of the situation with respect to KWG (Merci!). I have no further comments to add, with one exception: As a part of your due deligence (DD) you might want to dig around to find out how many warrants CLF has (along with some 17.4% of KWG) so that we could take the warrants into account in our share count exercise. You may want to check the strike price also (at which the holders can profitably convert the wts into shares). There are a lot of warrants floating around (some 115M wts) and there is a need to find out who are holding them. If it's convenient, you may want to give Bruce Hodgman a call to ask him for a breakdown of the wts listed on the front page of their website. I am not living in Toronto, but if you are you may want to walk in their office and talk to somebody, even the CEO.
I am currently the scorekeeper of the share count list. There is only one list which I post on both AGO and SH. So, if you already declare your share in one BB, say AGO, you don't need to do that on SH board. We just want to make sure that there is no double-counting.
I just saw a few more posters who wanted their shares included on the list (thanks folks...they will appear in the next revision).
Let me know if you want your 0.1M shares included as well? Promise not to take those shares away from you.
