I think that Cliffs may retain its vote (ABSTAIN) on this resolution. Do you have Frank's view on how Cliffs would actually vote? If Cliffs vote NO, I believe that the resolution will be very difficult to pass...

Yes, they decided to wait for the change of jurisdiction, and to instead partially amend the Québec Articles. If ITEM D does pass at the Toronto meeting, they will incorporate the subordinate/multi-voting shares amendments in the Articles of continuance.
