Agree kennnr. On one hand the addition of Noront to the N/S route, thereby abandoning the E/W route they vocally supported, puts the value and importance of the N/S route to the forefront which could be seem as enhancing the value of KWG. But on the other hand, establishing the N/R route as the primary and most probable route by both Cliffs and Noront, arguably the 2 largest players in the ROF, may be perceived by the commissioner as unreasonable for KWG's position and grant the easement for the more broader acces by multiple mining entities. Noront stated that the N/S route would cost them less than the E/W so makes sense for them to go along with Cliffs and Ont gov. Plus, perhaps they can piggy back on the feasibility with Cliffs at least for the transportation part of the study(which incidentally KWG has already completed for the RR). Time will tell how this will end up but certainly things are starting to happen.
