goldhunter, If you are assuming that there is only one nominee then only one vote is needed to win the election ie the nominee virtually becomes acclaimed.At this point there is only one nominee and he may back out. If there are several more names put forth then how do you count the ballots for each? We could send you a private message vote but then of course we have to rely on your honesty to publish the valid vote count. I don't know you from a hill of beans although I suspect you are totally a reliable honest person, but do you get my drift? Who gets to vote? I would not be particularly happy about non shareholders having their say via a vote. Is there a vote structure based on the number of shares held or should there be? How do you monitor this? As I said it is not all that simple and democratic. I would suggest your time lines be extended till some of these questions are ironed out. JMHO. the deputy
