It was just a matter of time before the Government was faced with this question! Frank Smeenk knows that from the beginning, and one can dream of a 'deal' involving :

1- Cliffs commiting to process all the Black Thor chromite in Ontario;

2- In counterpart, Cliffs/KWG partnership having the blessing to direct ship the Big Daddy chromite outside of Canada;

3- First Nations getting final ownership of a Rail Roadway to the RoF, financed trough a PPP/flow-trough issuance.
