My perspective is that the rail will be the first and primary method of shipment and that a deep sea port will be a nice to have/when to have. I'm sure they'll just add more cars to the rail and try and intensify traffic.

When I first opened your link and saw the picture of the grounded boat, I thought it was an article about Cliffs Mgmt...up sh$t creek without a paddle.
