The actual easement case with Cliffs started to day at 10:00 am, so I guess KWG is walking into the session chambers with this gem in hand. Wonder if it makes Cliffs claim totally moot on face value and this ends quickly. Probably it causes an adjournment so Cliff can figure out what to do next.
