This is no surprise and was actually more of a pest than anything.

This was more of an exercise in demonstration rather than compliance with the exploration restrictions. The Memo of Understanding between Bold/KWG and FNs to drill Koper Lake contained terms and conditions that far exceeded the terms and conditions of the MNR mining/exploration restrictions.

KWG/Bold just needed a bit of time to review this with the MNR to demonstrate that they were not just in compliance but in fact far beyond the restrictions to satisfy their concerns.

There was never a question that the permit would be granted.

Further evidence of the quality management team at KWG who are constantly steps ahead of government, regulations, competition, big arrogant U.S. iron ore pellet suppliers...
