It could be very well CLF trick to buy KWG at cheap, they said that price will go up but maybe they want KWG down to buy KWG for peanuts. Remember SPQ, after they proposed split, CLF came with take over proposal, could be very well this time also, they could say you don't want split, then tender your shares to us, CLF playing games all the time. Split is usually good in speculative time when lot of new speculative money come in exchange but this time TSX criminal exchange is almost dead and it is not good to make any kind of split, try survive another year and maybe then will be good time for split. On the other hand what is with easament and Black Thor, shouldn't this be summer of KWG or what is happening, maybe Frank want to sell KWG like SPQ was sold, who knows?
