I really don't know what to think of this. When Neil (gee I'm tired) Novak did this with Spider it was seen for what it is - a further devaluation of the company - I voted against it! As I did with the last attempt by KWG last time. What really, really bothers me on this is the lack of communication from KWG to its shareholders as to the reasoning behind this move. We are at an important crossroads. I have yet to hear of one - ONE - case where the reverse split worked in favour of the shareholders - if you know of one please enlighten me.
We have hung in with this company for a long time - what is going on here? Why are you doing this? How will this benefit me as a shareholder? What are your plans going forward? We have ridden this stock down a LOOONG way - we are NOT wanting to go down further!
We have been patient but we are not interested in another Novakian attempt to destroy our investment - please enlighten us.
Thanks.
