Got my package yesterday....I have read it but don't fully understand it.....Could be wrong but it sounds like a reverse split...I have been involved in three of these over the years...NOT ONE of these proved to be beneficial to shareholders...I also believe it appears to be easier to take a stock from .04 to .40 cents than to take a stock from .40 to $4.00... I am against this split until I fully understand the reasons behind this move... Regards & GLTA.....R R
