I think the 'super shares' and the common shares will appreciate and depreciate in lock-step with one another. I can't see it working in any other way. If the super shares traded at a premium over the common shares, it would present an arbitrage opportunity that would be exploited until parity was achieved. The two shares classes would almost certainly trade in direct proportion to each other.
