goodheart-r,

Love your posts but there appears to be a big jump in your account from winning the easement hearing to collecting 100 years of royalties. There is a small step in there that requires the construction of some sort of method of transportation by which we can ship ore (hopefully our own) and collect royalties from others. The easement simply gives us the ownership over the land and that esker of strategic importance.

This is where the share restructure comes into play – it will attract institutional investors to perhaps invest in the construction of our preferred method of transportation. From my earlier post, what if the share restructure allows for the acquisition of assets to the benefit of the company – what if Frank is preparing to buy some of the ONTC assets? Think big my friends, because Frank is thinking big and the ROF is big.

In my opinion, I don’t think winning the easement will cause much change in the share price because it does not get us any closer to monetizing our ore deposit. The market will look at the decision in our favour and look to KWG management and say – what are you going to do with that? Share price reflects expected future earnings. What would move the share price is winning the easement AND announcing some sort of deal (New Deal, Third Party, partnership with CN, Port Authority, deal with government) by which a method of transportation would be built – this would get us closer to monetizing our asset and therefore would (in a rationale world) increase expectations of future earnings and therefore increase the share price.

All the best to all KWG Longs,

Keep Digging
