Black Horse deposit has an Inferred Resource Now 85.9 Million Tonnes @ 34.5%
goodheart-r,
With all due respect, I feel the need to correct your claim that "They want a 50 to 1 share NOW". There is no evidence whatsoever that KWG indeed wants this now. There is no timeframe on this share restructure and I refer you to Schedule ‘D’ clause 4 wherein it states
“… notwithstanding that this resolution has been duly passed by the shareholders of the Corporation or has received the approval of all applicable exchange and regulatory authorities, the board of directors may, in its sole discretion, determine not to proceed with the Conversion or the Amendment or revoke this resolution at any time prior to the filing of the articles of amendment, without further approval of the shareholders of the Corporation; and…”
As I have said before, it is my strong and confident opinion that this is something that KWG needs to have in their back pocket for some future card to play. Even if this is passed by the shareholders, my opinion is that this is a Plan B or Plan C for KWG and will not necessarily be implemented in the near future if at all.
If your claim is indeed true and that marginable stocks required a minimum of $3 in value, perhaps KWG is thinking about implementing this after certain news releases (easement, railway deal, etc.). Frank does not think months in advance - he thinks years in advance and I invite all KWG shareholders to think this way as well.
Think to yourself, if Frank wanted to do a share consolidation, what is stopping him from doing it? BMK is going through one and there are many other juniors going through a share consolidation or are at least thinking about it. What is stopping him?
You have made some substantial claims about Frank’s transparency and ethics. The first piece of due diligence I always do before I make an investment in a company is on the management team. If you truly have questions in your mind, I suggest you re-think having KWG in your portfolio.
Good luck to all KWG Longs,
