I think it was Clement that referred to this as a "hundred year project"so training for mining jobs in the ROF may be a tad premature.The native kids in grade 6 now if they can finish gr. 12 will be the mine's workforce.Training today is for road and rail builders and service companies of various descriptions but I don't think miners yet.JMO.
