How do you keep a stock from rising?
August 12/13 5 transactions from TD to TD Total volume 140,000 including
TD to Latimer 200 shares @ .035 = $7.00 transaction.
August 13th TD to TD 7 transactions volume 100,000 @ .035 (interesting how TD has all these clients who want to buy and sell KWG at the same price isn't it?
Great news comes out from KWG just before closing on August 14th. How does the market react? August 15th. Pre market bid 120 lots @ .04, but wait, the fix is in.
Market opening, we now have the following transactions taking place - We have lost the .04 120 lot bid and then the games begin.
Anonymous sells 65,000 shares @.035, BMO sells 50,000 to BMO @ .035
TD sells 5000 @ .035, then TD sells 444 shares to Latimer @ .035 = $15.54 transaction
RBC buys 70,000 @ .035. Thus we have the only trading done to present time (1430) all taking place at opening bell. Is all this "suppression" co-incidental? I don't think so.
I guess all we can hope for is a new player to enter the field and mop up these obstacle shares and only then will we see the true value of KWG. All in my humble opinion. Feel free to disagree. rj
