There was over 1 million shares available on the bid, some seller decided to hit the bid. Not all sellers show their stock for sale until they see a trade. This trader may have wanted to sell all or none. Who knows, a phone call to Frank may have started the complete trade.

Not sure why you see that is a mystery. One brokerage house could have set the trade up with the other, could be many reasons and diferent markets. Not surprised by much that happens on the venture anyway, but this looked legit.
