I would guess that the outstanding question is....who pays the 100 million that is outstanding costs of running down the ONR...even if Toronto gives the entire ONR to the FNs free....still a bundle of cash is required....like a recent post, can we trust the unions to cooperate....looks to me like a real can of worms....
