good response Mike, and if I could throw my 2 cents in is that it would be great if everyone would play nice but in reality there has been a bully in the sandbox...who wanted to have complete control of all the toys ...a my way or the highway attitude .... so here we are now with this latest news that Cliffs is disappointed with the outcome of the land commissioners ruling... (nothing new they've been saying that ever since the ruling came down) and also stressing that their project is now in jepordy....(ahhhh..well if they played nice with KWG their project probably wouldn't be jepordy now would it) and I can't believe that they are also still insisting on a road .... it doesn't make any sense... other than having it funded at the tax payers expense of course.... I for one would not appreciate my tax dollars going to fund a road for the use of a Corporations monetary gain.... For MF to be pushing for a road they'll be (as cappysmart said ) dodging monster trucks for the next hundred years up and down that road .... but the ruling came down in our favour and the road is a dead deal.... the railway is the logical most environmental friendly and cheapest way to transport the chromite and whatever else they find up there for the next 100 + years . So they should put that page behind them... there is not going to be a road ... and quit being like a dog with a bone... let it go and move on
