They bought out Freewest and Spider, without buying us out. How were they planing to get the ore out? They had just spent hundred's of million dollars. This doesnt make sense, there must of been some behind the scenes dealing with the Prov. assuring them that all is well and that they would be taken care of with road and other infranstucture. Must be or they would of taken us out and forced to pay a higher price for our shares. [as per Valuations] Look where they are now and maybe left behind in the dust scrambling after crumbs. A company like Clfs doesnt make these mistakes. The Prov. gov't has abandomed them. Clfs has created too much bad blood with Frank. Frank has forged ahead and is a big thorn that has forced Clfs to stop dead in their tracks not knowing what to do next but wait for the next shoe to drop.

Clfs is realizing that this project does not depend on them, they are only one of several players in the ROF, in fact the ROF project could depend on us KWG. They will all come to us, Frank has his door open and promotes their participation to make this work. That puts Clf on the outside for now.

I believe Clfs is far from done. They dont have the finacial power to carry this project, but I believe with their contacts and partners in other mines that they can put together a deal to take us out. They better hurry because others could have the same intent or investment in mind.

Something else, where did KWG get this technology, who developed this, how much did it cost us, how long have they been working on this, something from the Finland visit?????
