LB You are right as I'm retired from the Min. of Tran. of Ont. as a Pat. Sup. I can tel you that every spring we had to go to half loads beacause of break up . These hws are in the N. Bay area and are not rds built on soup so the man who came up with the idea youcould haul 70 TON loads here are insane. there would be no way you could haul enough material to float anything let alone 70 TON loads. I had this talk with Bruce as soon as Cliffs brought this up.The only thing this rd. would be good for is service vehicles and the public. I'm not a genious but I'm not a cmplete fool. STOP the stupidy and get this R/R built.Empty rail cars can haul the material needed to construct the N/S road. GET THE SHOW ON THE ROAD. The only road we are on now is A ROAD TO NOWHERE. I have been a sh. of KWG SPQ FWR and UC.and I'm still a sh of KWG AND UC and OH yes cliffs. I have been a sh since the 0.050 days a long time. Thank you LB Turcotte and best of all my friends.
