The Withdrawal Order for the NS corridor was for Cliff's all weather private industrial road. (Hint: "This area is WITHDRAWN for the Ministry of Natural Resources for a Transload Facility".)

The Withdrawal Order for the NS corridor has little to do with KWG's plans for a NS railway.

Interestingly, Noront let twenty mining claims lapse after the Crown's Order No. W-TB-172/11 on January 17, 2012 which had broke CCC's NS RR corridor mining claims. However, subsequently the MNR allowed CCC to re-stake the break (e.g. 4245213), which was accepted on April 5, 2013.
