Message: Re: KWG & Bold 2014 diamond drilling campaign - Shallow Diamond Drilling on C 6

Barbu,

Frank and Moe dancing and hugging the crew with joy while holding the core samples would certainly attract the attention of Security authories.

It must a bit more subtle, like pointing a field device for for a quick check (assay will be done later in the lab, but this info is useful for a geo in the field) of the the metal contents, e.g. Ni, showing the needle going off scale with some voice (Frank to Moe, but not showing themselves in that footage) in the background saying "Wowee, did you see that! Bet that that youtube video would go viral in a few minutes and there is a surge in the SP and volume. What a headache for the Regulators...what to do, what to do.

That aside, if BOL/KWG went for shallow diamond drilling then I suspect that they (especially Sir Richard...he had, and still has, an obsession in chasing after elephant) were searching for one of the feet of an up-side-down elephant, or even the body. Not that C-1 and C-6 are not too far from the Eagle-1 deposit which is quite shallow compared to the deep chromite deposits at BH and BBs. The NI-43-101 report shows some nice pictures of Eagle-1 deposit starting from some 25m from the surface going down to some 100-150m which would be considered shallow. It's kind of interesting to note that in one of KWG diagrams for BD project site plan Fig 18.3-1, there is a "suggestion" that there is a Ni deposit at the corner of C-1 (this is in addition to BH chromite deposit). Perhaps I am reading too much into this, but it might be worth while to have other opinions.
