Hello my frost biten friend....!

We have to ask ourselves some questions about this.

If there is Provincial money coming in a month or so ( assuming ) would Cliffs then drop their appeal in favour of moving this project ahead?

Will Cliffs try and delay this as much as possible to keep discouraging KWGs plans?

I don't see Cliffs being in any hurry to develop this. Thet are bleeding bad, but they know they have a great deposit, but don't want to sell either. They still want this for themselves.

Always have, always will. You can't make huge profits on something if you share with others. Look at the 3 big cell phone providers (on a much bigger scale ) in Canada who monopolize users....need I say more?

Don't underestimate Cliffs, they're on this like buzzards on a $hit wagon.
