Thanks for the info, which I attached below for reference (just the 2 transactions involving Frank).
So, it says Frank took on the role of a matchmaker to buy the 5M wts low (at $0.008) and sell high (x10 at $0.08) for a fee of $360,000 which is not bad for an introduction service.
I am still trying to find the reasons why the seller wanted to sell low and the buyer wanted to buy high. Why couldn't they just get together and agree on something that would give them mutual benefit? Nah, that would be too easy. A possible explanation could be that the seller desparately needed $40,000 (for new shoes) and the buyer just didn't care much about small money, $400,000 (even $1M, taking into account the $0.10 cost to convert wts into shares) is just chump change. Those people are in a different game (power game, where small money does not mean much in the big scheme?), not the kind of games small retail investors are playing.
Hope that this is part of a big scheme for KWG. We do know who the matchmaker is, but it would be more interesting to know the identities of the seller and buyer. Anyone?
This is beyond my comprehension, but I am willing to wait for the universe to unfold (before mid July 2014?).
