You could check with Bruce to confirm, ...according a poster on the other side, the last "shareholder rights" (the poison pill) expired a week or so ago, as I recall...and Bruce said (I and I quote the source from the other side) that "another shareholder rights can be put in place, if required". This sounds credible, but it is second-hand info. Just wondering, is there any advantage in waiting? Why not just renew it since the BoD can always waive it (or persuade shareholders not to trigger it).

As indicated, the best way would be to get a direct confirmation from Bruce or somebody at KWG. You, or somebody with a good rapport with KWG, could contact Bruce to get the answer directly.
