You are quite right about the "hail Mary" move. Most likely, CLF will come to some kind of agreement with KWG who would bring in a major partner to buy the 14% CLF holdings plus all or part of the 70%BD. In the end CLF may end up exiting the RoF or become a silent partner (e.g. KWG/30%; major partner/41%; CLF/29%) for CLF to keep a toe hold on the RoF.

The chance for CLF to be awarded the easement on KWG claims to build it's own private road with matching funds from the tax payers of Ontario would be practically zero (correction: delete the word "practically"). That would put the court system in jeopardy and it's a political suicide for any government that supports this decision.
