Message: KWG Resources Gains Confirmation on Claims

I was wondering about these claims KWG won from Noront it was slightly mentioned on another board, would these claims now be the staging area with KWG / NOT and the ramps built there. Would be the best area for being the starting point or am I off base on this, any ideas on this?

greasemonkies, KWG did not win these claims from Noront. The claims were open claims previously claimed then disposed of by MacDonald Mines. KWG simply successfully defended the validity of it's right to those claims, which was contested by Noront. Re-read this post.

If you look at the area map, it's far away from any possible placement of a shared mine "ramp" connecting Eagle Nest to Black Horse and BlackBird. I am not aware of any agreement between Noront and KWG to share a ramp, only an ongoing study by KWG to evaluate possible cost savings to both parties should such an agreement take place.

Once the divisional appeals court re-validates CCC's railway ore transport corridor and if the Deloitte study favours the 'Southern' E/W all-weather road combined with the N/S rail or pipeline, then Baosteel Resources might be incentivised to come to the port authority table.

KWG's proposed "Port of Koper Lake" northern terminus would also be a tempting shared facility to Noront and I have provided a map for you to better visualize the difference between the ramp and the port terminus.
