"Frank Smeenk's Debut Diamonds Inc. (DDI) gained one cents to two cents on 9,000 shares. Debut, a 2011 spin-off from Mr. Smeenk's KWG Resources Inc. (KWG: $0.06), traded for just one-half cent in mid-June. The company has a diamond play west of Attawapiskat in Northern Ontario that needs a multimillion-dollar bulk sample. Unfortunately, Debut is broke."
