Maybe dilution is coming.
Maybe there will be licencing & fee agreements for use of the chromite smelting patent.
Maybe CLF will win the appeal, and then have to pay for a right-of-way, and for aggregate for their road (improbable)
Maybe the Govt will invoke public interest, and expropriate to build a road or railway, and pay for that.
Maybe a valuation by an independent third party will be made in order to satisfy CLf demand their shares be bought back "at fair value", and this valuation will be surprisingly high, allowing minimal dilution to raise cash. By the way, how come CLF gets "fair value" for their shares? Was this in the original agreement? Because if it wasn't, I'd like the same, please.
I don't know. I do know there is a lot of value here.
