I was wondering about the same thing. It was pushing the event a bit too hard for "the morning after". Assuming Casablanca won the proxy fight, it would take a few days to have the "transfer of power", then a few more days to secure a (positive, hopefully with respect to a YES vote) response from the new board, hence I would expect at least 1 week before any unfolding could be seen.

It looks like we would need to wait for another week or so.
