Not sure if they are the same wts, but I read somewhere, about a week or so ago, could be SH, a poster said Frank re-sold the wts he purchased previously to another entity for the same price ($0.008/wt) that he paid. They were some 15M wts (valued $125,000). So he bought (~15M wts) and sold the same number @ the same price (to own zero wt for those transactions). I believe those ($0.10) wts have an expiry date of 21 July 2014.

If the 11M wts are not part of that package then they could be given to him (just like options, but I could be wrong) for his service/deal of some sort., and he just let them expired on 21 July?
