Ahah. Gravelle got his way. Doubt if CLF's new Board will hire him after he retires from politics, however, and very much doubt they will want to actually build their road. Does anyone really think a heavy duty truck road is more in the public interest than a railway? If I remember right, evidence was given that there isn't room for both road & rail at some points along the esker.
