This deal is way out of our league and we dont have money. Could our unkown investor provide the funds to satisfy CLF? We throw in all or most of our assets we each take a third of this new entity.

I think CLF will want too much, but if they stayed in the deal and got a few hundred million in return, held a third with all future funding provided by our investor and paid back from production profit down the road.

I am not sure what their 500 million is worth today, north of 200 million.?

Any guesses out there?

Just a thought, because, this is like the minow swallowing the whale, just dont see it. We just dont have the assets [at todays value] of ending up with more than a third of this or any deal. [if there is one?]
