Good thinking GM. This opportunity will not be lost. FN and Government have more to lose on non development than any. Their loses may not be monetary but are substantive just the same.

Sorry, I do not think Frank has a move to make at this time. His hands are somewhat tied.

He just needs to keep our hands on Black Horse.
