I believe the ruling was already handed down....to the effect that the person doing the staking did not need to be on the ground (just had to be in the area)and using a helicopter was within the parameters.

The word going around was that KWG used the copter and GPS to stake the claims and dropped them from from the copter into the ground (muskeg) and finished just as the Noront crew arrived....a case of the smarter "early bird gets the worm".."Snooze ..you loose"

I don't know if Noront is apealing the ruling
