Problems with the Fed Cons will continue, as Harper would like to show the Ont Libs as 'failing' as far as possible, to better Con chances in upcoming elections. He might step in around election time, proclaiming his party 'compelled to take up slack' regarding the ROF, but this wouldn't get him many votes in the south of Ontario. Unfortunately for us investors the large payback on govt investment in the ROF will be on a long time scale, longer than the election cycle, and only good (in politicians eyes) for uplifting rhetoric in campaign speeches, and far too long to show during a one or two year time frame, which is their general maximum.
